Tas, a company controlled by Rivean Capital fund specialising in the supply of software and services for banking and financial applications, already owner of a controlling interest in Elidata, entered into a binding agreement, inter alia, for the purchase of the remaining 45% of the share capital from the founding shareholders, as well as to separate the real estate management business from its core business.

With this transaction Tas completes the integration of Elidata, already commenced in 2021 by acquiring the controlling interest.
