Smart Capital SpA, a permanent capital holding company specialising in private equity and private investments in public equity, completed the listing process on the Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment, multilateral system of negotiation organized and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana SpA), and trading in the stock commenced today.

The placement was successfully completed with an overall funding exceeding EUR 8.6 million and the entry of approximately 70 new shareholders of leading important Italian business families and institutional investors, bringing the shareholder base to over 100 leading members. The post-money capitalisation of the company is equal to EUR 43.6 million (including also multiple-voting shares) with a floating of 52.68%.
