IDeA Taste of Italy, a private equity fund managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds Sgr, sold its interest in Wisecap group equal to 35% of the share capital, to a European investment office, that will bring resources and expertise to accelerate the growth of the company together with the Delfanti family, that will remain majority shareholder with a share equal to 65%.
