Alperia Greenpower Srl, a company 100% controlled by Alperia SpA, executed with Alerion Clean Power SpA a joint venture agreement relating to a 50/50 joint venture for the development and management of a wind power plants portfolio in Puglia region, with an overall capacity of approximately 120 MW, of which 62 MW already operating and 58 MW under construction.
