Banca Cassa di Risparmio di Savigliano SpA (Banca CRS) executed a syndicated loan in the overall amount of EUR 20 million, in favour of Alpitour World, one of the most important players in the tourism sector globally.

Banca CRS acted as arranger, agent and majority lender of the transaction, together with the other lenders Cassa di Risparmio di Asti, Banca Alpi Marittime and Cassa di Risparmio di Fermo.

Funds resulting from financing shall be applied by Alpitour World to support the development plan of the Group, in particular for technological investments, improvement and restyling of hotels.

PedersoliGattai advised CRS and the syndicate of lenders with a cross practice team composed of Maura Magioncalda (partner) with Giuseppe Smerlo (senior associate), who managed banking & finance aspects of the transaction. Corporate matters were managed by Marcello Magro (partner) with Federico Tallia (senior associate).
