The US listed company Maravai LifeSciences, Inc., global supplier of catalyst and lifescience services to biotechnology researchers and innovators, executed an agreement for the acquisition of the DNA and RNA business from Officinae Bio, a private Italian technology company with a proprietary digital platform to support the biological design of innovative therapies.

Closing of the transaction is expected in early 2025, upon fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
