PedersoliGattai advised BCC Banca Iccrea, BCC Ravennate Forlivese e Imolese, Credito Cooperativo Romagnolo, Emil Banca and Riviera Banca in a project financing in favour of Crossenergy Srl, a company controlled by AREN Electric Power Group based in Cesena.

The transaction aimed at financing part of the construction costs of a wind power plant of approximately 18 MW in Basilicata region.
