PedersoliGattai advised BCC Banca Iccrea, La BCC Ravennate Forlivese Imolese, Credito Cooperativo Romagnolo and Emilbanca in a project financing in favour of Biocircular Srl, a special purpose company participated by Amadori Group, Ayrion and CAB Campiano. The transaction, originated by Credito Cooperativo Romagnolo and in which Iccrea acted as arranger, aimed at financing part of construction costs of a plant for biomethane production, with an assumed production capacity equal to 500 sm³/h, to be developed in the province of Ravenna.
