Vam Investments, Italian player in the private equity, announces the launch of Gym Nation Italia, a new consolidation project in the fitness club sector.

The project starts from the acquisition of the first 21 gyms of Orange and Egosistema groups and aims at aggregating the gym and fitness club sector in Italy. With 10 gyms and over 36,000 members, Orange is the main local player in Turin.

PedersoliGattai advised the shareholders of Orange with a team composed of Stefano Milanesi (salary partner), Monica Bacin (senior lawyer) and Natalia Montalenti (associate).
