Milano<\/strong>, the official presentation of the standard <strong>model of regulation for the implementation of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP)<\/strong>, the result of the work of an internal table in <strong>Italian Tech Alliance, which we coordinated together with Growth Capital<\/strong>, with the contribution of our Senior Associate <strong>Gregorio Lambert<\/strong>i.<\/p>\n<p>The goal: to offer a clear, accessible and Italian market standard-compliant tool that can simplify the adoption of ESOP plans by innovative startups and SMEs, reducing time, costs and operational uncertainties.<\/p>\n<p>ESOP is potentially a strategic lever for attracting and retaining talent over the long term, creating direct alignment between company performance and beneficiary compensation, with significant tax benefits for companies and employees.<\/p>\n<p>The paper will be available for download on the Italian Tech Alliance website at the same time as the
