Stock Option Plans (ESOP)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This morning, at <strong>Le Village by CA Milano<\/strong>, the official presentation of the standard ESOP settlement model, promoted by <strong>Italian Tech Alliance<\/strong> in collaboration with <strong>Growth Capital<\/strong>, was held as part of the dedicated working table.<\/p>\n<p>It was an important opportunity to learn more about a practical and operational tool designed to facilitate the adoption of <strong>Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP)<\/strong> by startups and innovative SMEs.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers at the initiative included our Senior Associate, Gregorio Lamberti, who coordinated the Italian Tech Alliance internal working table and actively participated in the drafting of the model.<\/p>\n<p>The full document is
