\u201cWe are proud to have assisted Starlight<\/strong> (NextEnergy Group) in a dispute of great importance for the entire renewable energy sector: with recent rulings nos. 758 and 759, the C.G.A. for the Sicilian Region declared unlawful a regional regulation that hindered the free movement of projects in the authorization phase.\u201d<\/p>\n

This decision, which was eagerly awaited by the market, reestablishes a key principle of entrepreneurial freedom and investment attractiveness in the energy sector.<\/p>\n
