On Thursday, October 30, 2025, as part of the 21st edition of Paratissima KOSMOS<\/strong>, entitled \u201cArt Never Dies: the legal and fiscal management of collecting and transferring works of art by deed between living persons or mortis causa,\u201d Natalia Montalenti<\/strong> moderated the meeting, while Alessia Castelli<\/strong> spoke as a panelist.<\/p>\n

In her speech, Ms. Castelli explored the legal aspects of purchasing works of art, with a particular focus on the authenticity of the work and the management of exhibition and reproduction rights, emphasizing the importance of an informed and multidisciplinary approach capable of protecting the collector and enhancing the artistic heritage.<\/p>\n
