{"id":7789,"date":"2026-05-05T15:17:30","date_gmt":"2026-05-05T15:17:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pglex.it\/?p=7789"},"modified":"2026-05-05T15:17:59","modified_gmt":"2026-05-05T15:17:59","slug":"a-question-of-growing-importance-is-emerging-in-the-legal-sector-how-will-the-work-of-lawyers-change-in-the-coming-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pglex.it\/en\/a-question-of-growing-importance-is-emerging-in-the-legal-sector-how-will-the-work-of-lawyers-change-in-the-coming-years\/","title":{"rendered":"A question of growing importance is emerging in the legal sector: how will the work of lawyers change in the coming years?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The increasing complexity of legal proceedings, the volume of data to be analysed, and technological advancements are profoundly transforming the way law firms organise their work.<br \/>\nIn this context, artificial intelligence represents one of the most promising tools for enhancing analytical capabilities and improving operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>At PedersoliGattai, we began working on these issues over a year and a half ago, setting up an internal committee dedicated to AI tasked with testing technological solutions and defining guidelines for their use within the firm.<br \/>\nThis process led us to roll out Harvey, a generative AI platform developed specifically for the legal sector, to all the firm\u2019s professionals.<\/p>\n<p>The use of these technologies now enables us to: accelerate the analysis of large volumes of documents and make certain stages of the work more efficient.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the value of the profession lies in the ability to interpret complex problems, devise legal solutions and guide clients in strategic decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Technological innovation is therefore ushering in a new phase for the legal sector, in which legal expertise, technology and work organisation are becoming increasingly integrated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The increasing complexity of legal proceedings, the volume of data to be analysed, and technological advancements are profoundly transforming the way law firms organise their work.
