Renewable Energy: Regulatory Developments, New Rules and Prospects for the Sector<\/strong><\/p>\n

On 23 October, Valeria Viti<\/strong> spoke at the conference \u2018Renewable Energy \u2013 The \u201cFER-X\u201d Incentive Scheme, the Ministerial Decree on Virtual Grid Saturation and Further Regulatory and Case-Law Updates\u2019, organised by Paradigma Srl.<\/strong><\/p>\n

During her presentation, which focused on recent developments in connections to energy networks, Valeria examined the new rules on connections to the electricity grid, the provisions of the Ministerial Decree on virtual grid saturation and the rules governing connections to the gas network.<\/p>\n

The event provided an opportunity for in-depth discussion and exchange of views on the key legislative and regulatory developments affecting the renewable energy sector, with particular focus on the challenges associated with the development of the sector and the energy transition.<\/p>\n
