The shareholders’ meeting of FC Internazionale was held to appoint the new Board of Directors following the acquisition of the majority by Oaktree Capital Management, LP, executed on 22 May 2024.

In the takeover of Inter, Oaktree was advised in relation to all Italian law aspects by PedersoliGattai with a team led by Gaetano Carrello (partner) and composed of Eugenio Barcellona and Filippo Rossi (partners), Elena Calzavara (counsel), Roberto Longhi (senior associate), including Francesco Rebecchi and Alessia Abate (associates).
