PedersoliGattai in the sale of DGS S.p.A. to ICG
HIG Capital, one of the leading international investment funds in private equity and alternative assets with $62 billion of capital under management, sold through an affiliate its portfolio company DGS SpA, primary player in the Italian IT market, to ICG, global leader in alternative asset management, with $98 billion in assets under management.
Vincenzo Fiengo and Salvatore Frosina, co-founders and co-CEO of DGS, who shall reinvest jointly to ICG, will remain at the helm of the Group.
PedersoliGattai advised ICG with a team composed, in relation to corporate law aspects, of Gerardo Gabrielli (partner), including Carolina Gattai and Cristina Riva (counsels); while the due diligence was manged by Nicola Martegani (senior counsel) and Clara Balboni (senior associate).
