PedersoliGattai successfully advised Esaote SpA, leading multinational company in the biomedical technology sector, in a dispute with international profiles, brought against it by a German company.

The dispute concerned the execution of commercial agreements relating to a contract for the distribution of medical equipment in Iraq and Libya.

The Court of Genoa, first, and now also the Court of Appeal have rejected the claims submitted for hundred thousands euro against Esaote, ordering the German plaintiff to refund the defendant’s legal costs for both proceedings.
