On 26 September 2024 ABC Company, a listed permanent capital vehicle, has announced a new equity raising transaction to be implemented through a share capital increase in several tranches.

Investors subscribing to the tranches of the increase will be allotted listed Market Warrants and, if certain conditions are met, Bonus Shares upon subscription. In particular, the issue of Bonus Shares finds its rationale in ABC Company’s intention to encourage medium- to long-term investment by those who will subscribe to the capital increase.

It is expected that the placement, reserved for professional investors, of the first tranche of the capital increase will be launched and completed by the end of the year.
