Renewable Energy: Regulatory Developments, New Rules and Prospects for the Sector

On 23 October, Valeria Viti spoke at the conference ‘Renewable Energy – The “FER-X” Incentive Scheme, the Ministerial Decree on Virtual Grid Saturation and Further Regulatory and Case-Law Updates’, organised by Paradigma Srl.

During her presentation, which focused on recent developments in connections to energy networks, Valeria examined the new rules on connections to the electricity grid, the provisions of the Ministerial Decree on virtual grid saturation and the rules governing connections to the gas network.
