A question of growing importance is emerging in the legal sector: how will the work of lawyers change in the coming years?

The increasing complexity of legal proceedings, the volume of data to be analysed, and technological advancements are profoundly transforming the way law firms organise their work.
In this context, artificial intelligence represents one of the most promising tools for enhancing analytical capabilities and improving operational efficiency.

At PedersoliGattai, we began working on these issues over a year and a half ago, setting up an internal committee dedicated to AI tasked with testing technological solutions and defining guidelines for their use within the firm.
This process led us to roll out Harvey, a generative AI platform developed specifically for the legal sector, to all the firm’s professionals.

The use of these technologies now enables us to: accelerate the analysis of large volumes of documents and make certain stages of the work more efficient.

At the same time, the value of the profession lies in the ability to interpret complex problems, devise legal solutions and guide clients in strategic decisions.

Technological innovation is therefore ushering in a new phase for the legal sector, in which legal expertise, technology and work organisation are becoming increasingly integrated.
