Our team – Sara Maria Guglielmo, Costanza Sandrucci, Mattia Pivato, and Marco Galli – explored the main topics of interest to publishers and professionals in the sector, including:
🔹 the use of images in light of copyright law (Law 633/1941);
🔹 legal implications of images generated with artificial intelligence tools;
🔹 reproduction of cultural heritage and rules of the Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape (Legislative Decree 42/2004);
🔹 protection of portraits and personal data, with particular attention to privacy regulations;
🔹 images containing trademarks and other distinctive signs.
