Yesterday morning, at our Principe Amedeo office, we hosted the second #BreakfastPills event of 2026 – the series of exclusive breakfast meetings organised by PedersoliGattai in collaboration with the Structured Finance Women Network, led by Emanuela Campari Bernacchi, Valentina Lattanzi and Enrica Landolfi.

“Unfiltered: Leadership Behind the Scenes” was the title of the session, dedicated to the challenges and many facets of leadership, with guest speaker Tommaso Arenare, Founder of OLTRE Advisory – Leadership & Board Advisor.

Drawing on more than twenty years’ experience in leadership advisory, our guest shared insights and reflections, sparking an open and engaging discussion. The many questions and comments from participants brought the conversation to life, turning the event into an opportunity for dialogue, the exchange of experiences and a chance to explore new perspectives on leadership.
