Bruno Gattai, one of the founders and Managing Partner of PedersoliGattai, received highly-regarded international “Outstanding Contribution” Award, during the ceremony organized by legal directory Chambers Europe, held in Paris on April 25^th 2024.

The individual award is given every year to the lawyer who has demonstrated the most significant impact on the legal consulting market in Europe, as well as excelling in the reference area of expertise.

This is the third time that an Italian lawyer has received this recognition by Chambers Europe.

Bruno Gattai, well-known professional specializing in private equity and corporate M&A, leads, as Managing Partner, Italian law firm PedersoliGattai established on January 1^st 2024. Previously, he founded Gattai, Minoli, Partners in 2012 having led US firm Dewey LeBoeuf in Italy for several years.

The Jury highlighted his leading role: “Bruno Gattai is a market leader in Italy, excelling both in M&A and private equity. Renowned for his expertise in high-end M&A transactions, he is popular choice among domestic and international private equity firms”. Sources variously describe him as “one of the safest pair of hands in the Italian M&A market” and “the best M&A lawyer in town.” 

This year, Bruno has also overseen the formation of PedersoliGattai, “one of the largest law firm merges in Italian history”
