On 11 February, the first of four training sessions organised in collaboration with Confindustria Emilia-Romagna was held, entitled ‘Contracts and business disputes: preventing errors, managing risks, protecting yourself with method’.

The initiative, organised in collaboration with Confindustria Emilia, saw and will see Stefano Ferrero, Alice Bulfon and Alberto Panacci as speakers for the firm in the upcoming sessions.

During the first meeting, the role of the contract as a risk management tool and lever for corporate strategy was explored in depth, with a focus on:

– the pre-contractual phase, between good faith and fairness, pre-contractual liability, disclosure obligations and protection of corporate know-how (NDA);

– definition of the subject matter and type of contract, with an analysis of the main operational differences between the various contract models;

– analysis of practical cases.
