CVC Capital Partners, in connection with (i) the acquisition, together with CDP Equity, of Maticmind, an Italian ICT company focused on proprietary intelligence technologies and integrated solutions in networking, cybersecurity, data center, cloud and IoT and (ii) the re-investment by Maticmind founder Carmine Saladino in to the acquisition structure set up by CVC and CDP Equity.
