Investcorp in the acquisition of a majority stake in SEC Newgate group, a growing global strategic communication and advocacy group, currently owned by founder Fiorenzo Tagliabue and other managers and Three Hills Capital Partners.
The transaction will enable SEC Newgate to further expand its activities through acquisitions across the world and become an even more international group.
