Versalis (ENI Group) in the acquisition of 100 percent of the share capital of Novamont, leading international company in the field of chemicals from renewable sources and in all legal aspects related to the complex transaction providing for (i) a settlement of the outstanding disputes with Novamont, (ii) an increase in the shareholding of Novamont held by eni Group, (iii) a new set of governance and exit rules applying to Novamont and its subsidiaries, and (iv) certain commercial agreements.
