On September 12, our partner Valeria Viti spoke at the Energy Forum, an event entirely dedicated to agrivoltaics, entitled “Agrivoltaics: authorization issues and post-AU management.”

In her speech, Valeria explored:
🔹 the regulatory and jurisprudential framework that distinguishes agrivoltaics from traditional photovoltaics;
🔹 the coexistence of agricultural entrepreneurs and energy operators and the most appropriate civil law instruments to regulate their relationships;
🔹 the subjective requirements and conditions for access to the incentives provided for by the PNRR Agrivoltaic Ministerial Decree;
🔹 the most recent case law decisions and the limits to regional regulations.

The discussion highlighted the importance of a balanced and flexible approach, capable of combining the development of renewable energy, landscape protection, and the continuity of agricultural activities.
