PedersoliGattai acted as legal advisor to ENI in the finalisation of the agreement between Eni, Plenitude and the Swiss fund Energy Infrastructure Partners (Eip), for the entry of Eip into the share capital of Plenitude by means of a capital increase of up to EUR 0.7 billion, which, after the transaction, will be equal to approximately 9% of the company’s share capital.
