Kryalos SGR executed the assignment of four real estate properties acquired in 2022 and falling within the former Enpam portfolio, in an overall amount of approx. EUR 120 million. In particular, purpose of the transaction was: a real estate property located in downtown Milan, Via Turati 29, intended for office/retail use, with a total area of over 4,000 square metres, currently undergoing a redevelopment project; a real estate property for office/retail use located in Rome, Via Flaminia 53, with a total area of approx. 6,800 square metres; a real estate property located in Rome, Via Barberini 11, for office/retail use, with a total area of approx. 10,100 square metres; and a real estate property located in Rome, Via Barberini 3, for hotel/office/retail combined use, with a total area of approx. 8,100 square metres. The transaction was implemented as part of a management and development project of the real estate portfolio subject to the tender procedure promoted by Enpam Foundation, known as “Project Dream”.

As to the real estate property in Milan, in Via Turati 29, the purchases were advised by PedersoliGattai, with a team composed of Luca Saraceni (partner), Gregorio Lamberti and Carlo Antonio Talarico (senior associates). Administrative law and urban planning aspects were managed by Alessandro Zuccaro (senior associate).
