Biesse Group, multinational in wood, glass, stone, plastic and metal processing technology, listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, completed the acquisition of 100% shares of GMM Finance, holding company heading GMM Group, active in the fields of machine tools for processing stone, glass and other materials. GMM Group is present in 90 countries, operates six production plants in Italy and one in Thailand and employs over 450 people, with over EUR 124 million revenues.
