Incendin NV, European leader in life-saving chemistry, acquired Prophos Chemicals Srl, a leading player on the Italian and European markets in the production of fire protection agents and flame retardants for the wood panel industry as well as in the production of fertilisers for precision agriculture.

The transaction represents an important step to strengthen the central position of Incendin in Europe, offering customers an access to life-saving chemistry through products that, also thanks to their recycling in different productions, can be considered innovative and sustainable.
