PedersoliGattai together with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett assisted Blackstone in the sale of the historic building located in via Monte Napoleone 8 in Milan to luxury giant Kering.

The transaction is considered to be the sale of a single asset of the highest value to date in Italy.
