Charme Capital Partners SGR, an investment company established in 2003 by Luca and Matteo Cordero di Montezemolo, has announced its entry, through Charme IV fund, into Animalia – the largest chain of veterinary clinics in Italy – with a controlling interest of 56%.

Finance aspects of the transaction were managed by Gian Luca Coggiola (partner) with Davide Stracquadanio (associate); while Alessandro Bardanzellu (salary partner) acted for the antitrust/golden power profiles.
