Valtus Group, European leader in executive interim management, has acquired a majority interest in STM (Studio Temporary Manager SpA), a provider of Interim Managers and Top Executives for temporary situations and extraordinary operations.
This transaction contributes significantly to strengthening the Group’s presence in Europe.
