LGT Logistics Srl, Italian subsidiary of the NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S, listed Danish logistics group active in road, sea and air transport, has acquired the furniture logistics activities of Schenker Italiana SpA.

This integration falls within the NTG project of creating a pan-European provider of road furniture logistics.

The firm advised NTG with a team coordinated by Jean-Daniel Regna-Gladin, composed of Gregorio Lamberti and Alessandro Pirera, together with Andrea Scarpellini for labour law matters and Paolo Viganò for tax aspects.
