SD Worx People Solutions NV, Europe’s leading provider of end-to-end HR solutions, has acquired from Ardian private equity firm and members of the management of the group headed by F2A S.p.A., one of the leading Italian players in the HR services sector.

The transaction is expected to be completed between the third and fourth quarter of 2024.

During the investment of Ardian, F2A carried out more than 20 acquisitions, expanding its service offering and strengthening its position in Italy. Currently F2A, with more than 1,200 professionals, is the leading provider of technology-enabled services in human resources and accounting in Italy. F2A provides services to approx. 6,000 customers, offering innovative solutions and high-performance services to support customer growth in an ever-changing market.
