Mavriq, institutional trademark including the brands of Moltiply Group (formerly MutuiOnline Group), leader in the online comparison and brokerage of products and services with 19 brands in 5 countries, has completed the acquisition of a majority interest in the share capital of Switcho, Italian company specialising in comparing offers for electricity, gas, telephone and insurance services. Upon execution of the agreement, shares equal to 72.1% of Switcho share capital have been already acquired, while the remaining shares necessary to achieve an interest equal to 80% shall be acquired by 31 December 2024.
