Alto Partners SGR, as the asset management company of the reserved fund named “Alto Capital V”, entered into a binding agreement to acquire a majority interest in EF Group from Fysis – EOS PE Fund I, a fund managed by EOS IM.

EF Group is a prominent Italian general contractor specializing in the design and construction of exhibition stands and three-dimensional structures.

The purpose of the transaction is to accelerate the development project of EF Group, in both the exhibition and contract divisions, to consolidate the role of EF Group as a benchmark in the market.
