Accenture, a world leader in professional services and Gyrus Capital, a European private equity fund focused on transformational investments in the healthcare and sustainability sectors based in Geneva, Switzerland, and the other minority shareholders, executed an agreement for the sale of Intellera Consulting to Accenture.

The acquisition, previously announced on 2 April, shall result in additional 1,400 professionals to Accenture’s workforce with recognised technological, consulting and strategic know-how in the public administration and healthcare sectors.

PedersoliGattai team, acting alongside Gyrus Capital and the Company, is composed of Marida Zaffaroni, Diego Riva and Alessandro Nanni for M&A and corporate law aspects, Andrea Scarpellini, Carlo Antonio Talarico and Dario Vitucci in relation to labour law issues, Davide Cacchioli and Alessandro Bardanzellu for golden power and antitrust matters, as well as Consuelo Citterio and Enrico Morolli for banking & finance aspects.
