Eldor Corporation S.p.A. has signed a debt rescheduling agreement with its financial creditors which will allow the company to progressively repay the existing debt, achieve the rebalancing of its economic and financial situation and continue to support the operational financial needs of the company itself.

The signing of the agreement is part of the broader rebalancing of the Eldor group, in the context of which, inter alia, the rescheduling of the latter’s debt with a syndicate of Turkish banks was also completed.

PedersoliGattai assisted a syndicate of Turkish banks led by Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş in the agreements with the Eldor group with a team comprising Maura Magioncalda (partner) together with Consuelo Citterio (salary partner) and Daria Davoli (associate).
