21 Invest, a European investment group founded and headed by Alessandro Benetton and based in Italy, France and Poland, entered into with ET Holding binding agreements for the investment in Omega Pharma, an Italian player among leading operators in the development and marketing of food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics.

The entry of 21 Invest in the corporate capital shall enable Omega Pharma to pursue an ambitious growth path with the purpose of becoming a leader in the nutraceutical industry.
