PedersoliGattai acted as deal counsel for Lemon Sistemi S.p.A. in the admission to trading of the company’s ordinary shares and warrants on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading system organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

Lemon Sistemi S.p.A., which owns 100% of Lemon Go S.r.l., deals with the design, supply and installation of photovoltaic, thermal-hydraulic and storage systems, as well as the design of energy efficiency solutions, targeting retail customers (B2C) and medium/small industrial and commercial companies (B2B), mainly in Sicily. The company is a qualified operator specialising in the design and construction of solar energy production plants and thermal plants using renewable energy sources.

The offer price per share was 1.47 Euro and the trading occurred on 29 December 2023.
