First Capital SpA, financial holding company specialising in Public Equity and Private Equity investments, launched First4Progress2 SpA (“F4P2”), an innovative investment vehicle to collect funds to be applied for the growth of an Italian SME to be identified, in the context of the pre-IPO or IPO of the same.

F4P2 is the second Search Investment Vehicle (“SIV”) promoted by First Capital, established with the aim of identifying and investing in leading Italian companies in the reference sector, with an equity value ranging between euro 50-100 million, to fund its growth and entry in the capital market with the listing at the stock exchange.
