PedersoliGattai advised the Corporate & Investment Banking division of BPER, as lender, agent and structuring mandated lead arranger, in the funding of a project financing in favour of the company Fri-El Solar Srl, sub-holding of Alerion group specializing in photovoltaic plants development. The transaction aimed at financing part of construction costs of a photovoltaic park with a capacity of approximately 16MW, for the production of electricity to be built in the Municipality of Grottole (MT).  The team, that supported the bank in the legal due diligence as well as the drafting and negotiation of finance documents, led by Nicola Gaglione (partner), included Eleonora Banfi (senior associate), and, in relation to administrative law matters, Micaela Tinti (senior counsel) and Maria Adelaide Del Console (associate).
