B.F. Group and Digit’Ed, leading player in the vocational training sector and portfolio company of the Nextalia Private Equity managed by Nextalia SGR, form a partnership for vocational training.

Digit’Ed acquired from B.F. the entire share capital of FieldEd, company active in vocational training. FieldEd was entrusted with the exclusive provision of vocational training services to the entire B.F. Group and its network, on the basis of a multi-year agreement executed by FieldEd, BF Educational, a company controlled by B.F., and B.F. itself.

B.F. was advised by PedersoliGattai, with a team coordinated by Carlo Montagna (partner) and composed of Francesca Luvisotti (senior associate) and Elena Secondari (associate) for corporate M&A aspects. Tax issues were managed by Cristiano Garbarini (partner), Alban Zaimaj (senior counsel) and Clementina Bastianutti Riccioni (senior associate). Real estate matters were managed by Enrico Piro (senior associate).
