PedersoliGattai presents “Care U”, a comprehensive wellbeing program addressed to all its professionals
PedersoliGattai has developed and launched the “Care U” wellbeing program. This initiative is designed to enable professionals to work in an environment that prioritizes personal and professional wellbeing and growth.
The Care U program is structured around four main pillars: simplifying daily life, improving wellbeing, enhancing professional development, and fostering engagement. As a consequence Care U represents a significant investment in the Firm’s human capital.
Concierge and Runner Services
In partnership with TopLife, PedersoliGattai now offers concierge and runner services to help professionals managing their day-to-day activities and urban errands, effectively reducing personal admin burdens.
Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiatives
The Firm has partnered with the UnoBravo platform, allowing PedersoliGattai professionals to access psychological support services. This is complemented by talks and webinars focusing on aspects such as stress management and new parenthood.
Health Insurance
The mental health support is further enhanced by a health insurance policy covering personal medical expenses, fully paid for by the Firm, with the option to extend coverage to family members at particularly advantageous rates.
Professional Development Programs
A cornerstone of the “Care U” program is professional development. A Legal Academy will be established to develop complementary skills that are increasingly relevant to the legal profession. Courses will include public speaking, effective presentation techniques, and language courses such as legal English.
Secondment Program
For younger professionals (under 35), secondment programs lasting 6 or 12 months will be initiated with leading international firms based in the main financial centers such as New York and London. These programs aim at providing valuable experiences with strong relational and professional enrichment opportunities abroad. The first group will depart in the summer of 2025.
Engagement
To strengthen the sense of identity and belonging to PedersoliGattai, the Firm has established an Associate Committee. This significant organizational innovation will allow professionals, including younger ones, to engage in constant dialogue with the Management Team through bi-monthly meetings. These meetings will aim at proposing new ideas, providing continuous and constructive feedback, and generally enable direct dialogue on current issues relevant to the Firm.
Flexibility
This comprehensive program is complemented by smart working policies and maternity and paternity leave provisions, positioning PedersoliGattai among the best firms in terms of work-life balance.
“The wellbeing plan approved by our Executive Committee represents a thoughtful and significant step for us,” commented Managing Partner Bruno Gattai. “We developed this program with the aim of offering our professionals a set of initiatives to support their professional and personal growth in an environment that is both stimulating and attentive to individual needs. We believe we have provided a concrete, forward-looking response within our sector to the expectations of our people, who are the true asset of our professional practice”.
