ABC Company announced the signing of binding agreements with the shareholders and the management of Giotto Cellino SIM – a securities brokerage company that provides investment services to individuals and companies – for the launch of a strategic partnership aimed at supporting the Giotto’s growth and development.

The partnership will be implemented through an investment, as a result of which ABC will hold a stake of about 44% in Giotto’s share capital, becoming its first shareholder.
