Altea SpA has acquired 100% corporate capital of Oobe-XR Srls, Inquaero Srl and Elicat Srl.
Oobe-Xr Srls is a start-up specialising in mixed reality, while Inquaero Srl operates in the DM & LT (data management & landscape transformation) industry, also known as SAP SLO (system landscape optimization) and Elicat Group is active in the supply of information technology services.

Altea SpA, controlled from October 2023 by Chequers Capital fund and managed by Andrea Ruscica (CEO), is implementing and pursuing a strategic growth plan that focuses on technology as a necessary element for business transformation and competitiveness, with a specific focus on sustainability issues.
